Overview
A human resources manager/personnel manager works together with top management officials to plan personnel policies that will meet the needs of employers and employees. The human resources manager co-ordinates transfers, promotions, dismissals, salary adjustments and reinstatements. As a human resources manager you will keep the evaluation and confidential records of employees. You will also recruit, select, train induct, test, appoint and place staff in suitable posts.
